This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • University degree in project management, business administration, finance, engineering, or risk management
  • Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy, and collaborative spirit
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk analysis or industrial investment evaluation
  • Experience in a certified aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Ability to navigate multicultural and international environments
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring industrial and financial risks, and in evaluating strategic investment projects.
  • Develop risk maps and keep risk assessment matrices up to date.
  • Gather, structure, and analyze financial and operational data for investment projects.
  • Prepare decision-committee analysis reports with quantified recommendations (ROI, NPV, IRR).
  • Track investment KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to document risks and mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to internal audits and regulatory compliance reviews.
  • Maintain sector and regulatory watch and disseminate risk-management best practices.
