The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing strategy for the commodities under his / her leadership including make vs buy decisions, source selection, supplier designations (exit, grow, sustain, etc.) and long-term agreement negotiations. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be part of a team that develops and executes a “one company” (P&W, P&WC, Collins & Raytheon) sourcing strategy in consultation with his / her supply chain counterparts in the commodity considering delivery, cost and quality objectives. The Candidate must demonstrate an advanced understanding of Pratt & Whitney's supply chain strategy and plays a key role in interfacing with the Supply Chain Procurement Execution groups as well as Raytheon internal and external customers. This person possesses the appropriate skills to develop and foster positive working relationships while maintaining customer and organizational priorities. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.
