The company is recruiting for both Senior Project Manager and Project Manager-level professionals to lead major mechanical construction projects. These roles are critical to the successful execution of large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, with full ownership of project lifecycle performance. You will be responsible for driving operational execution, financial performance, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors. Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing).
Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+.
Stable work history demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities

Lead major mechanical construction projects, focusing on commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
Drive operational execution and financial performance.
Coordinate across internal teams and subcontractors.
Manage procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations.
Collaborate with field leadership to maintain schedules and productivity.
Manage project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Handle RFIs, submittals, and change order processes.
