About The Position

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Project Managers to lead capital and operational projects in highly regulated industrial environments. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects end‑to‑end and has a strong command of the decision gate process —from initial scoping and budgeting through execution, closeout, and handover, within an integrated team. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed leader with strong financial acumen, deep experience in regulated industries, and the ability to communicate fluently with other project management professionals using standard PM methodologies and terminology. Must have or obtain a PMP Certification and can be on-site in Eunice, New Mexico.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Data Center or other highly-regulated Industrial Facilities
PMP certification required
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control
Direct experience working in highly regulated environments
Superior communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders
Must be willing and able to work on‑site in Eunice, New Mexico
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Willingness to travel or relocate as required (candidates sourced primarily from Houston and Midland)

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery from project definition through completion
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements applicable to nuclear and highly regulated industrial environments
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Communicate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams using recognized project management frameworks and language
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Track financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Provide clear, concise project reporting to leadership
