About The Position
Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for overseeing multifamily construction projects and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in the multifamily sector, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- BS in a Construction related field preferred
- Multi-Family Construction required
- Extensive experience and understanding with Procore required
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Procore and assist in training team members
- Work closely with Construction team to maximize efficiency
- Support Construction activities as needed
- Ensure best practices are implemented across all levels
