About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Multi-Family construction projects in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen. This position involves managing multiple projects concurrently, providing estimates, and developing/maintaining construction schedules. A project list demonstrating relevant experience is required. Relocation assistance is available.
Requirements
