About The Position

The Senior Project Manager, Medical Digital will lead medical digital projects that connect science, technology and people to improve patient care. You will work across medical, digital, and commercial teams to plan, deliver and measure digital initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, digital technology, project management or related field.
  • 7+ years of project or programme management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
  • Experience delivering digital projects or platforms (e.g., websites, apps, portals, or digital content).
  • Experience enabling omnichannel campaigns & tactics including field digital capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk in a matrix environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, digital health or an MBA.
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent).
  • Experience working in Medical Affairs or with healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with user-centred design, analytics and measurement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for medical communications and digital engagement.
  • Experience managing vendor partners and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medical digital projects, from scope and planning to launch and evaluation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical, digital, data, regulatory and external partners to keep work on track.
  • Translate scientific and medical needs into clear digital requirements and user-centred solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations with transparent reporting.
  • Define and track success metrics, analyse outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure all activities follow applicable policies, regulations and scientific integrity standards.
