As a Senior Project Manager, Marketing – HIV Prevention you will be an integral part of a fast paced highly collaborative team marketing team, who are on a mission to increase awareness, knowledge, relevancy, and usage of PrEP as part of preventative health for all who could benefit from it.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years with BS/BA OR 6+ Years with MS/MA or MBA

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize and execute across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to tailor communication and approach to different audiences.
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior product launch experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales, or commercial operations; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable discussing topics relevant to the HIV prevention space, including sexual health, mental health, and substance use.
  • Ability to travel 15–20%.
  • Experience with or interest in adult‑learning principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support coordination by tracking key milestones, identifying risks, and proactively resolving obstacles in partnership with the Senior Director and cross-functional U.S. teams.
  • Bring a strategic and operational mindset, balancing big‑picture launch vision with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Managing and maintaining dashboards, calendars, timelines, and resource plans to ensure clear communication and seamless execution across workstreams.
  • Support timely and consistent communication of all key related activities.
  • Develop presentations and internal updates for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence, confidently engaging senior leaders, framing trade‑offs, in support of decision‑making across functions without direct authority.
  • Lead meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda development, content gathering, note‑taking, and distribution of action items
  • Drives clarity amid ambiguity, makes logical recommendations, and helps maintain focus on launch outcomes
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams at all levels—including Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Managed Markets, Market Research, Training, Public Affairs, Government Affairs, and Sales—to drive alignment and progress.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal (and potentially external) workshops, trainings, and events.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and contractors to advance launch initiatives as needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the HIV prevention landscape, customer needs, and the end-to‑-‑end product acquisition journey.
  • Leverage technology and systems to enhance project management, communication, and workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability, and innovation are valued.
  • Apply understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements to ensure compliant development of marketing materials.
  • Possesses marketing aptitude and interest in growing experience and deepening skills
