This role oversees the full project lifecycle from concept through design, construction, commissioning and the warranty phase. It includes managing the design process to completion of construction documents, and leading construction-phase activities such as contract administration, budget and schedule control, and change management. Working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects meet operational requirements, County standards, and community expectations. The role balances technical, operational, and political considerations while facilitating stakeholder engagement to support informed decisions and optimized project outcomes.
