Senior Project Manager - Land Development

About The Position
We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to assist in the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department. Our land development projects include commercial, residential, municipalities, schools, parks and recreation, subdivisions and utility work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
- Florida PE License
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Stormwater and utility experience
- Must pass mandatory DMV check
Responsibilities
- Project design and permitting
- Calculations
- Familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance
- Managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies
- Perform site visits as needed
- Attend external meetings
