Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
+10 years of experience of IT related projects, specifically SaaS environment
PMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent
Experience in Project Development Cycle Management
Experience in managing multiple products
Experience in implementation project of CRM and/or ERP
Very good knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment
Knowledge of the Agile methodology
Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English
Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline

Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries

Responsibilities

Identify, plan and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects
Evaluate the tasks to be completed and identify resource requirements (human, financial and material)
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, as well as deliverables quality standards
Assist the customers during the project definition period; then collect and summarize the information
Participate, as required, in the preparation of the preliminary analysis; and coordinate all activities required for project approval
Plan, monitor and control the scope, the risks, the costs, the change requests, the outstanding issues, the human resources and the communications for all assigned projects
Lead and coordinate the work of the project teams and assist the staff in completing the tasks
Promote interaction and cooperation between the customers (internal / external) and the project teams
Maintain management indicators records on the projects progress and control the change requests related to these projects
