JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) is a high-performing team focused on cutting-edge work for innovative clients on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. As part of the Advanced Facilities team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects across the country, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals. This role leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. It manages the JE Dunn prestart checklist form, supports the preconstruction team, and leads the plan and implementation of the buyout schedule. The role also manages the submittal schedule setup, coordinates with Logistics, and confers with risk management. It coordinates various stakeholders, disseminates change requests, and prepares, submits, and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests. The position leads various meetings, completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application processes, and prepares the project schedule with the Project Superintendent. It identifies potential schedule impacts and facilitates mitigation plans, provides written documentation for decisions, and offers regular reporting and analysis to project teams. The role prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts and participates in budget development. It leads the overall project closeout process and interfaces with region/company legal counsel as appropriate. Additionally, this position leads and participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan, understands the preconstruction process, completes estimating and productivity analysis, and leads or supports senior management for preconstruction discussions with clients. It oversees project team during development of preconstruction estimates, identifies and manages project risks, and assists with the development and management of the project business plan. The role implements and manages components of the operation and administration of complex or multiple construction projects, utilizes awareness, experience, and knowledge to identify problems and recommends solutions, and manages deliverables from internal resources. It engages in business, industry, and community activities, reviews and approves expense reports, negotiates project issues, and completes scope review and bid analysis. The position collaborates with the marketing team and leads, supports, and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion.
