Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10–15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on capital-intensive projects
  • Proven track record delivering projects exceeding $15M in value
  • Experience managing multi-site or geographically distributed projects
  • Ability to travel regularly (20–40%) across assigned project locations (2–3 sites)
  • Flexibility to be based at a primary site while supporting multi-location execution
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Expertise in CAPEX project planning and execution
  • Advanced stakeholder management, including executive-level communication
  • Solid understanding of construction, industrial systems, and infrastructure projects
  • Financial management and cost control expertise
  • Risk management and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to operate at a senior leadership level with minimal supervision
  • Influence and alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale capital projects (>$15M), including: Capacity expansion initiatives, Major infrastructure upgrades, Strategic contract execution and industrialization
  • Define project strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
  • Act as the primary owner from concept through execution and operational handover
  • Serve as the main interface with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Provide strategic updates, risk assessments, and decision-making recommendations
  • Align cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners
  • Own full project financials, including CAPEX planning, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets, ROI targets, and financial governance
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical, financial, and operational dimensions
  • Lead selection, negotiation, and management of contractors, EPC firms, and key suppliers
  • Ensure contractual compliance, performance, and delivery of project milestones
  • Manage complex commercial agreements tied to strategic initiatives
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures
  • Drive schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance
  • Ensure proper documentation, change management, and project closure practices
