About The Position

Ready to run the projects behind Adobe's best hires? Adobe's Global Talent Acquisition team is improving how we plan, run, and deliver the work that makes our hiring better — and we're looking for a skilled project manager to see it through. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead GTA projects from planning through launch, then move to the next once each one wraps guiding major progress on projects across our GTA Transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of global/enterprise project or program management experience; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus
  • A strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time, with little oversight.
  • Skill in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • A data-informed approach, and the ability to make progress clear to any audience, including executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a steady hand when priorities shift.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR programs
  • familiarity with structured interviewing or interview-intelligence tools such as BrightHire
  • experience in change management and/or design thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end to end — define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving.
  • Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly.
  • Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place.
  • Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes.
