About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager - FedRAMP for a contract position with a Leading Application Security Company. • Working knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 at the Moderate level
  • Demonstrated ability to translate compliance or security requirements into tracked engineering work and hold a schedule across a matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including experience delivering clear, concise updates to senior leadership
  • US citizen or green card holder, located in the United States
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent real-world experience

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe RTE, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the master schedule and milestones for the Moderate ATO: gap remediation, readiness, control implementation, 3PAO assessment, and agency authorization
  • Drive alignment across engineering, security, and vendors, and keep the critical path moving to ATO
  • Establish and run the monthly continuous monitoring rhythm, including vulnerability scans, POA&M updates, system inventory, and executive incident reporting
  • Govern the Significant Change Request (SCR) process so platform changes ship without compliance drift
  • Coordinate the 3PAO relationship end to end, including selection support, mock assessments, and evidence delivery
  • Work daily with Product Management, Engineering, Security, GRC, Legal, Support, and external partners
  • Provide weekly dashboards on project health, schedule variance, and open risk
