About The Position

A growing modular healthcare construction company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee complex projects from preconstruction through final delivery. This is not a narrow estimating role. The position is built for an operator who can manage project execution, coordinate across teams, support preconstruction efforts, and drive projects from concept through turnover inside a fast-growing modular and prefab construction environment. This position supports large-scale healthcare and commercial modular construction projects with a focus on project ownership, operational execution, and collaboration across estimating, fabrication, and field teams. The ideal candidate brings a combination of project management leadership, estimating or preconstruction exposure, experience managing complex commercial projects, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced design-build environments. Candidates with modular, prefab, manufacturing-integrated, or healthcare construction experience are strongly preferred, though candidates from large-scale commercial or institutional backgrounds may also be considered.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong project management ownership experience
  • Experience with healthcare, institutional, or large-scale commercial projects
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced environments
  • Stable tenure history preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Estimating or preconstruction exposure preferred
  • Design-build experience strongly preferred
  • Modular or prefab construction experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support estimating, budgeting, takeoffs, and scope review efforts
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and project coordination
  • Work closely with operations, fabrication, and field teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders
  • Coordinate project timelines, procurement, and execution planning
  • Monitor project financials, forecasting, and reporting
  • Maintain client, architect, and subcontractor relationships
  • Help identify and resolve project risks proactively
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Participate in internal planning and operational improvement initiatives
