This role involves developing project proposals, managing projects related to IT infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software updates. Project assignments will be tailored to the individual's experience and skills. The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, establish communication channels with stakeholders, and ensure satisfaction and collaboration with internal leaders and vendors.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • 7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact.
  • Work on projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades.
  • Bring together a cross-functional project team while promoting a one team environment and maintains strong relationships with technology staff within the firm.
  • Establish communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties.
  • Ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed by internal and external teams.
  • Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with project team leads to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm’s deployment of internal projects.
  • Ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects.
  • Manage the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks, in accordance with EPMO standards and IT leadership.
  • Coordinate and track all issues and risks on a consistent basis.
  • Manage budget, vendors, and resources for projects.
  • Lead a diverse project team by promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm.
