About The Position

At TD SYNNEX, we’re investing in the future of intelligent automation—and we’re looking for a leader to help build it. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of AI, robotics, and automation solutions in real-world environments, partnering across engineering, operations, and business teams to bring innovative technologies to life. This is a program-level role where you’ll manage a portfolio of initiatives, drive roadmap priorities, and keep progress moving in a fast-evolving space. If you’re energized by solving complex problems at the intersection of technology and operations, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape what’s next.

Requirements

  • PMP Certification in good standing; PgMP or demonstrated program management experience strongly preferred
  • 5 years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing concurrent projects or program-level scope
  • Demonstrated experience applying PMI/PMBOK frameworks in practice, including integration management, stakeholder analysis, risk registers, and earned value or equivalent performance measurement
  • Experience managing initiatives with executive visibility and formal steering committee governance
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, operations, or similar)
  • A strong ability to lead across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Comfort managing complex, technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex concepts and keep teams aligned
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with a focus on execution and results
  • Interest or experience working with automation, robotics, AI, or advanced operational technologies
  • A bias toward action and a track record of delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the ability to thrive as the program evolves significantly over the next 18–24 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting automation, robotics, or AI-driven initiatives
  • Exposure to large-scale operational or transformation projects
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, robotics, and automation initiatives with significant operational and financial impact (typically $2M+)
  • Lead a portfolio of concurrent projects within the Emerging Technologies program, managing cross-project dependencies, shared resources, and sequencing decisions
  • Develop and maintain the program roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives
  • Drive implementation of physical automation solutions (robotics, intelligent systems, and AI-driven processes) into live environments
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets
  • Partner with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and successfully adopted
  • Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Lead program-level governance, including executive updates, steering committees, integrated reporting across workstreams, and benefits realization tracking
  • Manage interdependencies between projects, vendors, and operational teams, resolving conflicts in scope, timing, or resourcing
  • Combine strong business acumen with technical curiosity, ensuring AI and automation initiatives are aligned to business strategies and deliver meaningful impact
