Requirements

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large projects.
Ability to manage people, resources, goals, and deliverables necessary to make the project successful.
Hold the Safety of the FZ team as a top priority.
Facilitate and design the overall project, scope, and deliverables.
Effectively formulate project plans with timelines, tasks, resources, and budget.
Skills include prioritization, delegation, risk assessment, communicating and multi-tasking.
Recognize that problems can be mitigated through proper use of processes, standards, and early risk assessment.
Understand the importance of measuring progress and results, financial and otherwise.
Accountable for accurate planning and forecasting.
Build relationships with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers.
7+ years of experience in construction or electrical related project management.
Experience managing multiple large projects valued above $10 million.
Experience leading project teams of 30 or more resources on projects lasting at least 12 months.
Demonstrated experience with resource management and risk and change management.
Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Trimble Accubid, and MS Office Suite.
Strong planning, organizing, delegation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regionally to project sites required throughout the Middle Tennessee region.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s in construction management or equivalent experience in electrical construction management preferred.
