The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Drainage in its Tewksbury, Massachusetts Office to join a team where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is valued, and work contributes to building a more sustainable future.

Requirements

  • Massachusetts PE license
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience delivering transportation drainage projects and preparing PS&E deliverables, including 3+ years in project management or task leadership.
  • Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools, as well as experience with PS&E preparation using MicroStation GEOPAK or OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and other tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Advanced modeling expertise with tools such as SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, and HEC-RAS 2D.
  • Experience with FEMA crossing analysis, drainage impact studies, and TCEQ water quality design.
  • Experience with ORD Drainage and Utilities (DU), HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of transportation drainage work—from proposals and scopes of work to H&H analysis, detailed PS&E packages, and final reports—ensuring each phase meets client and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain high-quality, on-time project delivery while cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as MassDOT, RIIDOT, and Massachusetts Municipalities and private entities, recommending innovative solutions to address complex drainage challenges.
  • Collaborate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery aligned with client objectives.
  • Support client engagement by preparing and presenting winning proposals, managing contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
