About The Position

The Senior Project Manager, CTO Support, owns project management for initiatives run directly out of the CTO's office — strategic technical projects, executive-sponsored initiatives, and cross-company technical priorities that need close coordination and visibility. You will work closely with the CTO's office to keep fast-moving, high-visibility projects organised, tracked, and moving — acting as the connective tissue between strategic intent and day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• Project management experience supporting senior technical leadership is essential
• Strong organisational skills and comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-changing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level briefing
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with engineering leadership
• Discretion and judgement handling sensitive, executive-level information

Responsibilities

• Own project plans and execution for initiatives sponsored by the CTO's office
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and delivery teams on CTO-level priorities
• Prepare materials, updates, and briefings for CTO and executive reviews
• Track action items and decisions from executive/technical leadership meetings
• Manage timelines and dependencies for fast-moving, high-visibility projects
• Identify risks early and escalate appropriately to the CTO's office
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and initiative scoping as directed by the CTO
