About The Position

Achieve is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Manager who functions as a high-level problem solver and a relentless advocate for efficiency. This role is for someone who builds, optimizes, and automates checklists. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aversion to waste and a deep curiosity about operational processes. Responsibilities extend beyond managing project timelines to diagnosing organizational bottlenecks and developing data-backed solutions. This role is a catalyst for change, aiming to strategically streamline operations, eliminate team frustration, and ensure a competitive edge through superior processes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management/Continuous Improvement role.
  • Entry-level understanding of AI, including how to use AI tools to improve productivity and identify where AI might solve process bottlenecks.
  • Comfortable handling data, "dangerous" with Excel/BI tools, and able to fulfill data requests accurately.
  • Proven track record of entering unfamiliar territory and becoming a subject matter expert in short order.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex, unstructured data (like call transcripts) and operational workflows to identify root causes and opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Direct experience in the debt relief or financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or call center analytics software.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of assigned CI projects from initial scoping to final delivery.
  • Act as the point person for data requests, partnering with the Business Intelligence Team to pull, analyze, and interpret data to validate project impact and identify new opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage own workload, prioritizing and pivoting as business needs shift.
  • Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to identify areas where entry-level AI tools (LLMs, automation, or basic predictive models) can eliminate manual 'busy work'.
  • Stay curious and learn new software tools or shifts in industry standards, and teach others.
