We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who has mastered the craft of project execution and is ready to lead beyond a single jobsite - mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharpening our systems, and helping set the standard for what "Ernst Brothers quality" means. This isn't a role where you'll simply run a project. You'll lead our most complex, highest-profile work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project management experience, with proven success leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability - you've helped other PMs grow, not just managed your own work.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury residential or commercial construction experience preferred
• advanced Procore experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's most complex and high-profile projects from contract through completion, anticipating challenges before they become problems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or complex client relationships, leading with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharing hard-won experience and helping them grow.
• Own project financials - budgets, forecasting, procurement, and profitability - while identifying and solving risks early.
• Strengthen the documentation, Procore usage, and SOPs that keep every project team performing at a high level.
• Help elevate the Operations team as a whole, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement across the department.
