About The Position

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Program Management Office (PMO) team. SEI’s IMS Project Management Office (PMO) is hiring a Senior Project Manager to drive execution of client onboarding and conversion programs. This position leads end-to-end delivery by implementing a structured governance cadence, producing and managing project plans and key milestones, and aligning cross-functional teams across core workstreams such as Accounting, Investor Services, Conversion, and PMO. The role requires strong stakeholder management, disciplined tracking of deliverables and action items, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear documentation, communication, and escalation practices.

Requirements

BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of business analysis and/or project management experience.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, security markets and investment types.
Ability to interact and build effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-intensity working environment with multiple and diverse responsibilities.
Ability to analyze issues quickly and independently and take appropriate action under tight time constraints.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibility quickly.
Self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
