About The Position

ELLKAY is seeking an experienced, AI-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that embed AI into core business operations, including Finance, HR, Engineering, Sales, Legal and Product/Project management. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, and will drive execution of our enterprise Operational AI roadmap. You will partner closely with business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.

Requirements

8–10+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in technology or healthcare environments.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, automation, predictive modeling) and their business applications.
Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, automation platforms).
Experience driving internal productivity initiatives (e.g., developer productivity, sales automation, HR systems).
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
Exposure to data governance, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives across multiple business functions, from ideation through deployment and adoption.
Partner with stakeholders in various business functions to identify high-impact AI use cases.
Translate business needs into structured project plans, aligning technical teams with operational goals.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent programs.
Drive adoption of AI solutions by coordinating change management, training, and communication efforts.
Collaborate with AI team to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Establish metrics to measure impact (e.g., productivity gains, cost savings, process improvements).
Track and report progress to executive leadership, providing clear visibility into outcomes and risks.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and responsible AI practices.
