About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to direct Depot Operations in a customer-facing position. This role supports the KC-46 Depot strategy based out of Oklahoma City, OK and with some work performed on Tinker AFB. The Project Management Specialist will have responsibility for; planning, executing and monitoring progress on depot C-Checks with potential for additional depot responsibilities. This person will also assist the C-Check manager with developing and implementing a KC-46 Depot strategy.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
5+ years’ experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
5+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
3+ years’ experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders
FAA Part 145 experience
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Responsibilities

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
