Department of Technology & Information Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Senior Project Leader will provide leadership in the upgrade, development, implementation and post-implementation support of ERP software. Principal responsibilities include the supervision and mentoring of a team of developers for a SaaS time and attendance system; providing leadership in the planning, requirements, design, construction, system integration and documentation; and management of Quality Assurance policies and procedures of multiple, complex ERP systems. Responsible for mapping functional and technical requirements to ERP delivered functionality for the purpose of maintaining a minimum amount of software customization. Candidate will participate in multiple reengineering initiatives to ensure best business practices are being met. Must have a working knowledge of project methodologies and the ability to construct and monitor ERP project plans. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work as a supervisor as part of a multidisciplinary team.
