Fueling your passion As a Senior Project Installation Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and project execution excellence. You will oversee the installation, commissioning, and warranty management of turbomachinery equipment at customer sites across North America. You will collaborate across engineering, quality, supply chain, and HSE teams while serving as the primary customer interface during the installation phase. You will drive a culture focused on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall project profitability. As a Senior Project Installation Manager, you will be responsible for: Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and executing the installation, commissioning, startup, and warranty management of turbomachinery equipment, ensuring projects are being completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while cultivating and driving a culture of execution, continuous improvement, and innovation. Financial Management: Managing project financial performance, including planning and reporting for assigned projects in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margins, and cash collections. Team Leadership: Indirectly leading and mentoring a team of installation technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Technical Expertise: Providing technical support during the installation process and troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery. Customer Frontline: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation phase, addressing concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting Baker Hughes’ commitment to safety and quality. Compliance: Ensuring all installation activities are complying with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training sessions. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up‑to-date project documentation, including progress reports, installation records, and as‑built drawings. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance installation efficiency and overall quality. Executive Communication: Regularly communicating project status, key milestones, and critical issues to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
