Requirements

  • 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred).
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols.
  • Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator.
  • Detail-driven but always seeing the big picture.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key components of projects—documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Dive into complex drawings and specs to anticipate and solve problems before they slow us down.
  • Serve as a vital point of contact between clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution from preconstruction through punch lists.
  • Make regular job site visits to support safety, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements that raise the bar for excellence.
