Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm.
Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
Speak and write well.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients.
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Be a team player who can also operate independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project design efforts.
Apply engineering principles and judgment.
Review and validate calculations, plans and reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proactively address project challenges.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
Collaborate with project managers to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.
Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.
