About The Position

The Senior Project Engineer will primarily focus on delivering projects including process improvements, product upgrades, and cost savings opportunities at the site level. Delivery of projects will be driven by applying proven engineering practices, project management methodologies, and the ability to build partnerships and influence cross-functionality. The role involves the development of Front-End Loading Project Packages, schedules, cost estimates, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time permanent position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of applicable experience, preferably delivering capital or process improvement projects in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Front-End-Loading project methodology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Technical and analytical engineering skills.
• Capital project execution expertise.

Nice To Haves

• PE and/or PMP designation is preferred.
