Position Overview Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, NA to join the Design Engineering team, supporting the delivery of high‑performance, mission‑critical data center infrastructure. This role is responsible for leading the full design lifecycle across new developments and existing facilities, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and alignment with business, customer, and operational requirements. The Design Manager serves as a central technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders including Sales, Solutions Engineering, EH&S, New Site Development, Construction, Sustainability, Automation & Controls, Security, IT, and Operations. This role also leads regional change management efforts, drives continuous improvement through lessons learned, and ensures design decisions balance capital efficiency, operational performance, and long‑term sustainability.
