About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team. This role involves project delivery in data center environments, managing projects throughout their lifecycle from conception to production. Requirements

BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in project delivery management.
Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products.
In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
Superb communication and presentation/oral skills.
Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.
Experience leading global projects.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment.
PMP Certification.
HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators.
Understand high-level and low-level technical architecture and facilitate debate to drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly.
Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Lead complex installations.
Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points.
Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers.
Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.
Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
