The Senior Administrative Project Coordinator provides dedicated administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Obesity and Related Conditions Corporate Affairs team. The role supports the AVP and Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and helps maintain effective operating rhythms across the team's internal and external communications, advocacy, agency, sponsorship, event, and partner activities. The role serves as a central coordination point within the Obesity and Related Conditions Corporate Affairs team, connecting its work with key partners in Advocacy, Medical, Marketing, Value & Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance, C3, and external agencies. The individual works closely with the senior administrative assistants supporting these cross-functional leaders to align calendars, logistics, and information flow. This is an execution-focused role: it enables leaders and relationship owners through disciplined planning, tracking, logistics, and follow-through; it does not independently own communications strategy, external relationships, or budget decisions.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
