About The Position

This is a limited duration contract position for a Master Scheduler, anticipated to last through May 2027, requiring 40 hours per week. The role involves close coordination with various managers and directors to ensure product development activities are integrated with customer delivery plans through an integrated master schedule. The integrated schedule will be crucial for informing project execution, task prioritization, future project planning, cross-project interfaces, what-if scenarios, and long-term resource planning. The position requires the ability to work in either the Corvallis, OR or Houston, TX office locations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.
  • Directly applicable technical working experience is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time working experience in a project planning / scheduling for large projects is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities.
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex programs/projects with multiple work phases.
  • Leadership experience in leading and mentoring supporting Schedulers.
  • Planning, Scheduling, Last Planner, Primavera P6.
  • Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.

  • Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and documentation of standards and processes for integrated master scheduling at NuScale Power with a focus on integration across large programs.
  • Lead the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to incorporate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a basis of schedule document.
  • Issue periodic status reports related to program/project progress including critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues.
  • Lead the resolution of issues among various stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
