Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls within the aviation or construction industry.
Proven expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and airport project requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee project controls processes including cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
Develop and maintain project control systems to track performance metrics and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for stakeholders on progress and challenges.
