A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
10+ years of professional experience in the A/E Industry.
Knowledge and experience in REVIT software.
Extensive knowledge of standards and codes.
Participation in professional industry organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Teams.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail, etc.

Nice To Haves

Professional Licensure/Certification/Accreditation preferred.
LEED accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide multidisciplinary teams in exploring solutions and developing technically sound design solutions that support project goals.
Oversee the creation and coordination of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration to ensure accuracy and quality.
Contribute to the evolution of departmental standards and quality practices to elevate firmwide team and client outcomes.
Build a collaborative project team culture by modeling accountability, supporting open communication, and fostering an environment where project team members own their work and contributions.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while cultivating new partnerships that support long-term growth.
Participate in business development activities, including networking and involvement in professional organizations, to expand the firm’s visibility and influence.
Collaborate closely with clients throughout planning and design to ensure solutions align with their needs, goals, and expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients by providing strategic insights and solutions to strengthen long-term partnerships and position the firm as a trusted advisor.
Serve as a discipline leader on projects, guiding coordination efforts with internal teams, clients, consultants, and construction partners to meet schedule, budget, and quality milestones.
Facilitate smooth project delivery by organizing information, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across disciplines to strengthen collaboration and trust.
Facilitate thoughtful reviews and feedback on design documents to strengthen technical quality, support team development, and encourage open, positive, and constructive communication.
