About The Position

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role involves leading the technical execution of project audits, validating analytical data, coordinating investigations of project discrepancies, and developing technical root cause analyses. The analyst will monitor project performance, validate management control improvements, conduct specialized Technical Reviews of mission execution data for diverse theater Mission Partners, and validate the technical accuracy of Project Health Reports. Additionally, the role includes leading field-level assessments of resource burn rates and performance metrics, providing technical guidance to ensure deliverables meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards, and offering leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • Experience in formal project oversight and leading technical root cause analysis.
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • DAWIA Level II in Program Management or Business-Financial Management (or equivalent).
  • Experience with DoW project control tools and performance measurement techniques.

Responsibilities
