About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support senior leadership within the National Guard Bureau (NGB). This role is critical in managing high-visibility taskings, improving workflows, and ensuring timely execution of executive-level actions.
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal preferred)
- Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar preferred)
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and track executive taskings using task management systems (ETS)
- Coordinate with senior leaders and staff across multiple directorates
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
- Prepare briefings, reports, and executive correspondence
- Support governance meetings and follow-up actions
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of deliverables
