About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels, including CTV, DOOH, audio, display, and more. The Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager will be responsible for implementing best practices across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), analyzing performance data, and delivering measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of programmatic technology, audience targeting, and cross-platform campaign management. Success in this role directly impacts the effectiveness of advertising strategies and drives growth for clients and campaigns. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience directly managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, and Amazon DSP, as well as SSPs and data providers.
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels (CTV, DOOH, audio, display).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Good understanding of programmatic measurement, attribution, and audience targeting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute programmatic strategies aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Implement programmatic best practices, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Stay current with programmatic trends, technologies, and evolving best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate programmatic efforts with media planning, creative, and analytics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners, including DSPs, SSPs, and data providers.
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify new programmatic opportunities and technologies to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise.
