The Programmatic Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end delivery and performance of all campaigns under an assigned sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns launch accurately, deliver in full, meet client KPIs, and are reconciled efficiently through post-campaign billing. You will manage all aspects of campaign implementation and execution from receipt of insertion order through billing completion, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence and proactive performance management. Partnering closely with Account Managers and Sales, you will communicate daily to monitor pacing and KPI attainment, identify risks early, and implement strategic optimizations to drive measurable results. You will also collaborate with Media Strategy and Analytics teams to develop and execute data-driven optimization strategies across your book of business. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
