About The Position

We invite you to consider this program management opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to manage external reporting structures and processes, including highly visible work supporting the regulatory requirements of U.S. News & World Report. As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact, providing coordination, direction, and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of external reporting initiatives and their objectives. Cincinnati Children's is a nonprofit, comprehensive pediatric health system. The ideal candidate is a program management professional with demonstrated experience designing, executing, and overseeing processes to collect, monitor, and improve data for an external reporting or similar program. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive organization-wide impact and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple divisions and institutes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build engagement across teams. It also demands robust data capabilities and a strong sense of urgency to drive meaningful change for patients and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR Master's degree and 0-2 years' experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and overseeing processes to collect, monitor, and improve data for an external reporting or similar program.
