About The Position

In this role, you will support membership engagement, onboarding, training, and program adoption for assigned Captis clients. You will serve as an advisor to members (clients) on their partnership with Captis, facilitate cohort and committee activities, communicate contract opportunities and performance insights, and partner with internal teams to support participation, compliance, and value realization across Captis offerings.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required. (e.g., Client-facing, account management, program management, sourcing, contracting, or healthcare supply chain roles)
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain contracting practices preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex reporting, analytics, and processes clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with executives, physicians, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and drive engagement preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions with member (client) organizations, including executives and physician decision-makers, regarding contract opportunities and program participation.
  • Manage engagement, support, and training activities for an assigned group of Captis clients.
  • Lead monthly cohort calls to share updates, address questions, and support client adoption of Captis offerings.
  • Administer the new client onboarding and implementation process through training, collaboration, recurring calls, and scheduled onsite events.
  • Support Operations Committee activities, including meeting coordination, ballot preparedness, analytics review, and supporting documentation.
  • Drive client engagement through the Member Performance Scorecard by using data to communicate overall commitment and individual performance.
  • Monitor spend compliance targets, identify opportunities, and communicate progress against Captis participation requirements.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
  • Partner with Captis and Vizient teams to address client needs, support program adoption, and advance contracting activities.
  • Translate complex reporting, analytics, and program information into clear recommendations and communications for clients and internal stakeholders.
