About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Senior Program Professionals for opportunities in the Dallas or Fort Worth area. This role is part of our growing PMO and Program services across the USA, supporting diverse construction projects in Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Corporate Occupier markets. The position involves contributing to PMO Program Management and Portfolio Management, with potential SOX control responsibilities. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in delivering large and complex programs.
  • Experience in Data Centers and Manufacturing, and Corporate Occupier projects with owner/operator, consultancy, developer or EPC delivery.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Program Management and PMO leadership.
  • Proven track record in strategically establishing processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Skilled in implementing robust program controls and driving key initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Vendor Performance Management, and KPI development.
  • Adept at setting clear objectives and stage gates to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable success across complex programs.
  • Cross functional team participation in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a client facing environment and driving internal teams to deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Passionate about solving complex challenges.
  • Detail oriented with strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be local to Dallas or Fort Worth.
