As Sr. Program Manager for Product Operations & R&D Governance, you’ll lead the strategic execution of roadmap initiatives across our (Porftolio). You’ll be the central force behind delivery governance, risk management, and performance tracking—ensuring that every product milestone is met with precision and purpose.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, education, or a related field
- 8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing
- 6+ years of program/project management experience
- Certified in PMP or PgMP
- Skilled in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Master of process mapping tools
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record managing complex programs and budgets
- Thrive in cross-functional, virtual team environments
- Exceptional communicator and presenter
- Inclusive and collaborative in your approach
- Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams
- Facilitate governance sessions and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Develop and maintain SOPs that guide consistent, high-quality execution
- Partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Technical Program Managers to align strategy and delivery
- Build project management capability across the organization through coaching and enablement
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across product and technology functions
