Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline
15 years in program/project management
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

Provide overall program leadership across the full lifecycle of enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation efforts, aligning and unifying cross‑functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities into a single cohesive effort.
Direct program planning, technical strategy, and resource coordination with government stakeholders to meet acquisition and installation objectives.
Establish and manage program-level cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Oversee production and engineering documentation processes, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality and schedule standards.
Represent the program in executive‑level reviews and briefings, effectively communicating status updates, risks, and strategic alignment.
