About The Position

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team. This role involves serving as Program Management support, providing leadership and guidance to the overall program management team, and establishing policies, procedures, and goals for continued successful program execution. The position also requires evaluating subcontractor performance, facilitating improvement, and traveling in support of the program, customer, and company. The Senior Program Manager will interface with government and subcontractor personnel, facilitate program purchasing, and coordinate between project level POCs to ensure program budgetary goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years’ experience
• Active DoD TS Clearance
• Experience must be Program Management related
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Government contract related experience preferred
• Additional experience with IAC MAC related contract vehicles
