About The Position

The McMillon Innovation Studio Senior Program Manager will be responsible for teaching, leading training, and development opportunities for students within McMillon Innovation Studio programs, which include but are not limited, to the following innovation tracks: Commercial Innovation, Social Impact, and Entrepreneurial Impact. Additional responsibilities will include support of Product Teams, Product Interns, and social impact showcases / competitions. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Progressive experience working in a nonprofit and/or healthcare related organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with innovation methodologies such as Human-Centered Design Thinking, Lean, Canvas and/or Agile.
  • Experience creating and delivering content for organizations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills working specifically with multifaceted projects and diverse constituents.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Equivalencies in education and experience will be considered.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Experience as a graphic facilitator and/or graphic recording artist.
  • Experience working in a variety of nonprofit and/or healthcare fields and programs.
  • Demonstrated skillset for relationship-building across diverse sectors and communities.
