About The Position

Our client, a major bank in New York City, is looking for Senior Program Manager Consultant. This role is remote, but must be in New York State. This is a 6-month contract with possible extensions or option to hire. Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in US - NO H1 Visa support for this role. Rate: $100-140 per hour on W2 DOE, possible C2C as well.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of program management experience
• Good track record of delivery of major initiatives at large and complex financial institutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions
• Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and have relevant skills, knowledge and experience in program management

Nice To Haves

• certification in PMP will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple programs through full project life cycle
• Work across multiple functions and legal entities to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy
• Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain program’s RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery
• Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders
• Oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers
