We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take ownership of engineering and/or manufacturing-focused projects. In this role, you will lead multi-level teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers-ensuring all contractual commitments are met with excellence. This is a fully onsite position located in Huntsville, AL.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading project teams on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong background in proposal development and/or U.S. Government contract evaluation.
- Knowledge in multiple technical and manufacturing disciplines (electrical, mechanical, composites) and logistics/sustainment.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with U.S. military weapon systems is a plus.
- PMP or DAWIA/B2B certification is highly desirable, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Drive project success by developing and managing master plans and schedules.
- Serve as the main interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
- Provide regular progress updates to upper management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks while capturing new opportunities for business growth.
- Support company compliance with AS-9100/AS9110 certifications and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster new business opportunities.
